Get your products named
when shoppers ask AI.
Citeon AI tracks what ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google's AI tell shoppers about your shop, shows which of your products they name, checks whether each product page is ready for AI shopping, and writes descriptions from your own product data.
The product features read Shopify shops today, and Citeon's Shopify app applies the fixes you approve. Tracking what AI says works for any shop.

Which products AI names,
and which it never sees.
Every week Citeon AI reads your catalogue and lines each product up against your AI answers and your traffic: named, cited, visits from AI, and the questions that touch it. Four signals, never blended into one score, so you see why a product is missing. How it works

Written from your product data.
Checked by you.
A proposal opens with what the product is, what it is made of and who it is for, with no price or shipping words, as Google Merchant Center asks. Every sentence your data does not back is flagged for you to check before you approve it. How it works
Fast and light racing flat for race day.
The Acme Tempo is a racing flat for race day and fast road sessions. It weighs 198 grams in size 42 and has a 6 mm drop.
The upper is an engineered mesh, and the outsole is a full-length rubber layer for grip on wet roads.

Shopify can list your products in ChatGPT, Google AI Mode and Gemini, Microsoft Copilot and Meta through its agentic storefronts, active by default for eligible stores (Shopify Help Center). Citeon AI cannot see that setting, so the Products page gives you the steps to check it.
For online shops.
Does it work for my shop?
Tracking what AI tells shoppers works for any shop. The product features, the catalogue, readiness and descriptions, read a Shopify shop's own product data today; other platforms are detected but not read yet.
Do I need to install anything?
No, for the tracking and the catalogue: Citeon AI reads what your shop already publishes. To count visits from AI you connect Google Analytics or add Citeon's tracking line.
Does Citeon change my shop?
Only what you approve. Citeon reads your shop and proposes changes. With your Shopify store connected through Citeon's Shopify app, an approved description or fix is written to the store, read back, logged, and can be undone; otherwise you copy it in yourself.
Which plan does a shop need?
Visibility, 59 euro a month, tracks your questions on three engines and shows your products in the answers. Optimize, 199 euro a month, adds all six engines, the readiness check, 200 product descriptions a month, articles and the audit's full findings.
The examples on this page are sample data from Citeon's public demo: Acme Running is a fictional shop.
